Gabriel Cárdenas is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Mexico City, he moved to Cancun in 1990 with his family, where he studied Accounting and Finance while working in the tourism industry.

Throughout his 12 years in the hospitality sector, Gabriel worked in various departments including Sales, Reception, and Reservations. This experience honed his executive skills in listening to clients and provided him with a comprehensive understanding of all areas of property maintenance.

In 2002, Gabriel joined his father in Property Management, where he applied his knowledge of Accounting and Hotel maintenance. Then, in 2010, he ventured into real estate with the IBEROSTATE Project, the real estate branch of the Iberostar chain. Two years later, he teamed up with a partner to open a real estate agency that focused on promoting developments in the Riviera Maya.

With nearly 30 years of living and working in this idyllic destination, Gabriel has a deep understanding of the area and its growth potential. He is passionate about helping others find their dream home in the Caribbean and is dedicated to providing top-notch service to his clients.
